PT Angkasa Pura Solusi is subsidiary of PT (Persero) Angkasa Pura II since November 2011, previously named PT Angkasa Pura Schiphol (APS) which was formalized since 1996. Schiphol Group formalized their co-operation in 1996 with PT (Persero) Angkasa Pura II through a 50/50 joint venture: PT Angkasa Pura Schiphol (APS) and approved by ministerial decree on 8 April 1998.

The Directorate General of Immigration of Indonesia (DGI) is currently developing the nationwide rollout of the Sistem Informasi Manajemen Keimigrasian (SIMKIM) and interested to implement Saphire, with the EIS.I card facility, based on Automatic Border Passage system as an integral part of SIMKIM (letter DGI of July 31, 2003, MoU 14 July 2004).

The implementation of this latest technology is to answer the complexity challenges of the DGI duties & responsibilities in the future. In which, Publics demand speed, accuracy and sophisticated data, in the function of serving the community, law enforcement and national security.

Saphire card lost, theft or damaged

img_5527You need to report a lost or stolen card to the Saphire Service Center. Your card will be blocked immediately. To obtain a new card, you need to visit the Saphire Service Center. The Lost Report from local Police Office will be required.

When your card is damaged and no longer functions, you also need to report to the Saphire Service Center and make a visit for a new card. Please contact the Saphire Service Center by phone +62 21 55.910.910 or e-mail us at member@saphire.co.id
